Larissa was our agent to help sell a unit in Aura as well as getting tenants for other units in College Park and Aura. We love Larissa’s professionalism (respect, timely, listening ear, attention to detail), passion for her work and “added value” in all her services. Lately, after a tenant moved out, she ensured our Aura apartment was cleaned, and touched up with needed caulking and paint (with a small fee). Needless to say, my new tenant was delighted, and so were we. She’s a gem!
