Our Rates for exceptional services

Repairs & Maintenance:

There is a $50 base fee with an hourly rate of $65/hour, and a minimum job time of one hour. If more than one person is required for the job, there is a single $50 base fee with $65/hour for each worker involved, and a minimum job time of one hour.

Tenant Turnovers:
