2. On Call & At Your Service
Issues in a condo can happen any time. I’m always readily available to solve a condo unit problem efficiently and cost-effectively. I have access to the right trusted people, at preferred rates, to take care of whatever task needs to be done, whether a full paint job in between tenants or a late-night plumbing issue.
The Condo Lounge is designed to handle many non-licensed repair concerns, so issues are corrected quickly. Trusted, licensed contacts are also readily on-hand.
3. Reduce That Paper Clutter
From lengthy Landlord and Tenant Board forms, to invoices, receipts and lease agreements, I organize and keep track of these documents for you. You’ll receive monthly income and expense statements that will clearly account for the financials of your property and will indicate how much rent money has been deposited into your bank account that month.
