Since issues in a condo can happen at anytime, I make sure I’m always readily available to assist tenants in solving a condo unit problem efficiently and cost-effectively. I have access to the right trusted people, at preferred rates, to take care of whatever task needs to be done, whether a full paint job in between tenants or a late-night plumbing issue.

The Condo Lounge can take care of many non-licensed repair concerns so that issues are corrected quickly. TRUSTED LICENSED CONTACTS ARE ALSO READILY ON HAND.
